Smart Solutions

Our setup is a bit different because we’re based in B 31 of the Golf View Apartments in Delhi. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually quieter than a big commercial hub, which is nice for getting things done. We called ourselves Smart Solutions because we wanted to help people with their tech problems and office needs. It started as a small idea and we just kept going with it. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at screens. We handle a lot of different things for our clients—sometimes it’s fixing a glitch and other times it’s just sorting out files. The living room is basically our main office now. It gets a bit crowded with all the cables and the printers, but we know where everything is. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost trying to find the right block, so one of us usually has to go down and wave them over. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know what we’re doing and try to be helpful. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just find us in our shirtsleeves working through a pile of tasks. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Being in 110017 feels right for us, tucked away but still in the middle of everything. We just do the work and try to stay out of the way.
