Simex Inc.

Simex Inc. is tucked away in H-32, Sarita Vihar, and if you aren't looking closely, you might drive right past the gate. We’ve been operating out of this spot for several years now. It’s a quiet residential area mostly, so we try not to make too much noise when the delivery trucks come by in the morning. Our office is on the ground floor, and it’s usually packed with samples and catalogs. The desks are always covered in sticky notes because we can never seem to remember everything at once. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly coordinating between the factories and the people who actually need the goods. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, sometimes late into the night if we’re dealing with someone in a different time zone. The tea stall around the corner is where we spend our breaks. It’s a good way to get out of the office for ten minutes and clear our heads. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a real pain when we have a deadline, but we manage. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team of us trying to make sure the numbers match and the shipments go out on time. The winters in Delhi are nice here, but the summers get really hot in this office, even with the fans going full blast.
