We have our office at 201 in the Vipps Center, which is over in Masjid Moth, Greater Kailash-II. It might seem a bit strange to have a business that deals with seeds and fertilizers in such a busy part of the city, but it works for us. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with suppliers and people out in the rural areas. The Vipps Center is a pretty solid building, and we have been in this unit for several years. We don't have a shop front where you can see the bags of seeds; those are kept in warehouses elsewhere. This is where we handle all the management and the sales side of things. The office has a few big windows, but we usually keep the blinds down because the sun gets quite strong in the afternoons. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of ledgers. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing; we just want to make sure the right seeds get to the right people at the right time. Being in GK-II means there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite, which is good because we often work through lunch. We are just a small group of people trying to keep the supply chain moving. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it gets stressful, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know how to handle the busy seasons.
