Modern Crop Science Pvt Ltd has its office at Raj House, D-10/2, in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1. Being in Okhla means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and businesses, so it’s always a very high-energy environment. Our place in Raj House is where we handle all the administrative side of the crop science work. It’s not a farm, obviously, since we are in a major industrial zone in Delhi, but it’s where the planning and the science happen. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking on their phones. We have been in Phase-1 for a long time, and we’ve gotten used to the traffic and the noise of the area. It’s a practical location for us because it’s easy for our partners to find. We don't spend money on fancy signs or glossy brochures. We just focus on the technical side of the seeds and the science that goes into helping crops grow better. Most days involve a lot of data entry and looking at research reports. It’s a bit of a maze in Okhla if you aren’t used to it, but once you find Raj House, we are right there. We are just a team of people who care about agriculture and work hard to make sure our side of the business runs smoothly from this little corner of the city.
