Shree Agarwal Beej Bhandar

Our shop is Shree Agarwal Beej Bhandar, and you can find us at B-132 in the Garhi area of East Kailash, New Delhi. We operate out of Ashesh Srivastava’s place. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all the bags of seeds we have stacked up, but we make it work. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time and have seen many people come and go. We mostly sell seeds for gardens and small farms. It’s honest work and we enjoy talking to the people who come in to buy for their planting season. The shop smells like earth and dried seeds, which is a nice change from the city smells outside. We don’t have any fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just us, some wooden counters, and a lot of heavy bags. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone wants to plant at the same time, but we just take it one customer at a time. We aren’t experts in everything, but we know our seeds. Most of the people who come here are our neighbors from around East Kailash. We keep our doors open through the day, even when it’s dusty outside. It’s a simple business without any big corporate talk. We just provide what the local gardeners need.
