Shivalik Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Clinic

You can find us at 19/250 Geetanjali on Shivalik Road in Malviya Nagar. We are quite close to the Begumpur bus stand, which makes it easy for people taking public transport to reach us. The clinic is usually filled with the sound of people exercising or the hum of the machines we use for therapy. It is a practical space. We have mats on the floor and some bars for people to hold onto while they work on their movement. It is not the quietest place because we are always encouraging people to keep moving and trying their exercises. The Malviya Nagar area is always crowded and noisy, but once people get inside, they focus on their recovery. We have a lot of regular patients who come in several times a week, so we have gotten to know them pretty well. We talk about the weather or local news while they do their stretches. The reception area is small, just enough for a couple of people to wait. We try to keep the temperature comfortable because physiotherapy can be hard work and people get warm quickly. Sometimes we run a bit behind schedule if a session takes longer than expected, but everyone seems to understand. It is just how things go when you are dealing with physical health. We have been at this location for a while and the routine stays pretty much the same day to day.
