We are based at number 266 in Phase III of the Okhla Industrial Estate. If you’ve ever been to Okhla, you know it’s a place where things are constantly being made and moved. There is always a truck blocking the way or the sound of some heavy machinery nearby. Our building is a solid, old-fashioned industrial space. It isn't pretty, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s where we do our work. We have a mix of old and new machines on the floor, and the noise can get quite loud during the middle of the day. We don't have a fancy lobby with a water feature; we just have a small area where people can wait if they need to. Most of the time, we are out back making sure everything is running right. We aren't big on corporate talk or long-term strategy meetings. We just look at the orders for the day and get them done. The guys here have been working together for ages, so we don’t need to talk much to get things moving. It’s a practical environment. We have our lunch in the small break room or sometimes just out by the loading dock if the weather is okay. We are just a group of people who know how to handle engineering work in the heart of Okhla.
