You can find us at House No 265 on Street No H 17, which is right in the Sangam Vihar area. We are located quite close to Hamdard High School on Ratiya Marg, so there are always a lot of students and parents walking past our door. The shop is basically a small part of the house that we use for all the computer work. It is a bit of a tight squeeze with the desks, monitors, and all the tangled cables lying around. People from the neighborhood bring in their old laptops or desktops when they stop working or get too slow. We spend most of the day sitting behind screens, running diagnostics, or fixing hardware issues. Since we are near the school, we also get a lot of kids coming in for quick help with their projects or printing out some papers. It is a busy, noisy street and the shop feels very much a part of the local community life here. We do not have any fancy signage or a corporate lobby. It is just a room with a few workstations and a lot of spare parts stored in the corners. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, which is just part of living and working in this part of town. We keep things simple and just focus on fixing the computers that come in so people can get back to their work.
