We've been at Nehru Place for a while now, right in the Deepali Building at 109. If you know this area, you know how crowded it gets with everyone looking for cables or a screen fix. That’s basically what we do all day. Someone walks in with a laptop that won't turn on, or they need a specific motherboard part that's hard to find, and we see if we can help them out. It’s a small shop. There’s usually a stack of boxes near the door and a few of us working behind the counters. We don't really do anything fancy here. Most days are just spent testing hardware or trying to figure out why a system is crashing. It’s noisy outside, but inside we just focus on the machines. Sometimes people come in just to ask a question about a build they're doing at home. We try to give them a straight answer without making it complicated. Nehru Place has a lot of shops, so we just try to keep things simple and get the work done. If a part isn't in stock, we tell you. No point in making people wait around for no reason. It’s just how we run things here. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is bad and everyone’s electronics start acting up. We just take it one customer at a time and keep moving forward with whatever comes through the door.
