Iyogi Tech Support

You can find us in New Delhi, over at C 55/02 on the second floor. It’s labeled as Sf5. The stairs are a bit steep, so it’s a workout every morning just getting up to the office to start the day. It’s a typical tech support environment, with lots of headsets and people talking on the phone. The area around 110017 is pretty busy, so there’s always something going on outside on the road. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can get our work done without too many distractions. I’ve been here long enough to know where all the good tea spots are around the corner. The office gets quite warm during the peak of summer, even with the cooling on. We just try to stay focused on the tasks at hand. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we’ve got a good routine going. It’s not the fanciest office in India, but it serves its purpose for what we do. We deal with a lot of different issues every day, and some are definitely more frustrating than others. We just take it as it comes. There’s always a pile of paperwork on my desk that I need to get through by the end of the week. It’s just how things are here in the city.
