Sattvic It Solutions is based over in Badarpur. Our office is at House Number L-72/2, on the first floor in Jaitpur Extn Part-I. It’s a busy part of South Delhi, and we’ve been here for a while. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular floor in a house that we converted into a workspace. We have a few rooms filled with desks and computers. We spend our days working on different IT projects. Sometimes it’s software, sometimes it’s just helping someone figure out their network. We chose the name because it felt right, but we don't really talk about it much. We just focus on the tasks we have each day. The neighborhood is quite lively, so there's always noise from the street, but we've gotten used to it. It’s a small team of us here. We don't have a big HR department or corporate meetings. We just talk over our desks when we need to figure something out. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. People appreciate that we don't overcomplicate things. We aren't looking to become some global giant. We just want to do our work well and get through the day. It’s a decent place to work and we like being part of the local community in Jaitpur. We just keep our heads down and get the job done. We usually start around nine and keep going until the work is finished. Sometimes we order food in when it gets busy.
