Satta Organic Foods

Satta Organic Foods is found at Shop No. A4/22, right near the Mehrauli Bus Station. Being so close to the bus station means there is a constant flow of commuters passing by our door. The shop is quite small and we have to stack things all the way to the ceiling to fit everything in. We focus on organic foods, so you’ll see lots of grains and dried goods in glass jars or simple bags. We don't have fancy lights or a modern checkout counter. It’s just a basic shop where we try to keep things as natural as possible. Mehrauli is an old area with narrow streets, and our shop has that same old feel. Sometimes the smell of spices and grains is very strong when you walk in. We don't have a big marketing budget or do any advertising. People usually find us because they are waiting for a bus and decide to peek inside. We know most of our regular customers and what they like to buy. It’s just a few of us working here, and we handle everything from cleaning the floors to weighing out the products. It gets a bit messy when we get new stock, but we try to keep it organized enough to find things. It’s a simple, local business that has been here for a while, just serving whoever walks through the door in the Mehrauli neighborhood.
