Eid Parry (India) Limited

Tiam House' is where we’re based, right on 28 Rajaji Salai. It’s a big old building with a lot of history to it. You can feel the age of the place when you walk through the doors and head to our offices. At Eid Parry (India) Limited, the days are usually filled with a lot of paperwork and meetings. We’ve got people coming in and out all the time since we’re right there on a main road. It gets quite noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to the sound of the horns after a while. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly relating to sugar and farm-related products, though it's spread across many different departments. The office is busy, and sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to get through everything on the desk. We have a lot of long-term staff who have been with us for decades, so there’s a real sense of knowing how everything works. It’s not a flashy place, just a solid building where people show up and do their jobs every day. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various plants and warehouses across the country. It’s steady work and we try to keep things organized despite how much is going on at once. Lunch breaks are usually quick, and then it’s back to the files. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years from our window.
