Our company is located at C-24 in the Nizamuddin East area. It’s a nice, relatively quiet neighborhood compared to some of the busier commercial hubs. We work with botanicals and natural products, which means our space often smells like dried herbs or essential oils. It’s a small operation, mostly focused on the sourcing and distribution of these natural ingredients. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and checking the quality of the raw materials that come through our doors. We aren't a big factory; it's more of a dedicated workspace where we manage the international side of the business. You won't find any slick salespeople here. We are just people who have an interest in plants and how they can be used. Sometimes the paperwork for exporting can be a headache, but we’ve gotten used to it after all these years. We keep our records in simple folders and try to stay on top of the different regulations. It's a bit of a niche business, but we enjoy the pace of it. People who know us usually just call or drop by the office to discuss orders. We don't feel the need for big advertisements. We just focus on the plants and making sure the orders are packed correctly for their long journey.
