Satishkumar is the name on the door here at D-243, Street No 1A in Sangam Vihar. Being in New Delhi-110062 means there is always something happening right outside the window. Sangam Vihar is a packed place, and our street is no exception to that rule. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a room where we get things done and keep the files. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It's just us. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and keeping track of the little details that keep the place running from week to week. It gets dusty, and sometimes the street noise makes it hard to hear ourselves think, but we don't mind it much anymore. We are just regular people working a normal job. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that; we just show up and do what’s needed for the day ahead. If someone walks in, they'll probably find us mid-task or eating lunch. We try to keep things simple. No need for big words or complicated processes that nobody understands. We just handle the work as it comes in. Sometimes we make mistakes, but then we just fix them and move on. That’s how it is here in Street No 1A. It's a local business run by people who know the area well.
