We are Sandeep Geeta & Assoc Pvt Ltd and you can find us at Building No 12, Ajeet Singh House. Our office is up on the 3rd floor. It’s in the Yusuf Sarai Community Center area, which stays quite busy most days. If you are taking the metro, just get off at Green Park station and we are right next to it. It makes the commute much easier since parking around here can be a real headache. The building itself is an older one but it serves us well enough for our daily work. Inside, the office is just a regular workspace with desks, chairs, and a lot of paper stacked up. We have been here for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. There’s a small staff here and we mostly keep to ourselves and focus on our projects. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit moody so we just take the stairs instead. We deal with various architectural and planning works. It is not a flashy place with glass walls or anything fancy like that. It’s just where we sit to do our jobs every day. We usually have some tea in the late afternoon and talk about the site visits we did that morning. We like being in Yusuf Sarai because everything is close by. If you need to drop off some documents or talk about a plan, we are usually around.
