Samrin Physiotherapy Clinic

Our clinic is on the ground floor at 100 Sarai Jullena, right across from the Escort Hospital and near Gate Number 2 of New Friends Colony. It’s a very easy spot to find if you’re familiar with this part of Delhi. We’ve got a couple of rooms set up with treatment tables and some of those machines we use for exercises and easing pain. It isn’t a very modern-looking place, just a regular ground-floor setup with tiled floors and plain walls, but it’s got everything we need to work with people who are struggling to move right. We see a lot of folks coming in with bad backs or knees that don't want to bend anymore. Some of them are recovering from accidents and they spend a lot of time here every week. We have some basic weights and bands for the exercises, and there’s always the sound of people trying their best to get through their routines. The area outside is usually packed with traffic because of the big hospital nearby, so there’s always a bit of a roar from the engines and horns. We keep the door closed to try and keep it quiet, but the noise still finds its way in. We handle all the scheduling ourselves on a big desk near the entrance. It’s hard work for the patients and for us too, but we just take it one day at a time. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of place for folks around here.
