Sai Vision

Sai Vision is a small shop located at 18-A in Ber Sarai. If you know the area, it’s a place where a lot of students and locals hang out. I spend most of my day behind the counter. We have a lot of different frames on the walls. People come in when their glasses break or if they feel like their sight is getting a bit blurry. We do eye testing right here in the back room. It’s not a huge space, but it works for what we need. Ber Sarai is always full of energy with people walking around and looking for books or something to eat. Our shop is just a quiet corner in the middle of all that. Sometimes people just drop by to get their frames tightened or their nose pads replaced. I try to keep things simple. Choosing glasses can take a long time for some people, and I just let them try on as many pairs as they want. We have the standard lenses and some of the newer ones too. It’s mostly just me and a bit of help. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and we know many of the faces that pass by every day. It’s a straightforward job. You help someone see better and they go about their day. No need to make it more complicated than that. We just open up in the morning and stay until the evening.
