We’re over in Okhla, right on Street 35 in Zakir Nagar. Most people know us because we've been here at number 612 for quite a while now. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always something going on outside. We mostly deal with tech problems, fixing stuff that breaks or helping people figure out their computers. Sometimes it’s just a broken screen, other times it’s something more complicated that takes us a few days to sort through. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a workplace where we keep our tools and parts. Most mornings start with a cup of tea while we look at what came in the day before. Okhla is a crowded place, so finding us the first time might take a minute, but once you know where Street 35 is, it’s easy. We don't have a giant sign or anything, just the door. We spend a lot of time looking at wires and motherboards. It gets dusty, but that’s just how it is when you’re working with electronics all day. People from the neighborhood drop by mostly. Sometimes they just have a quick question about their phone or a cable they lost. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no big corporate talk, just us working at our desks and trying to get things back to the owners so they can get back to their work. It’s a small operation, honestly. It’s been here for years.
