We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees and fancy meeting rooms. It's just a small group of us who enjoy building websites and trying to get them to show up on search engines. We spend a lot of our time sitting in front of monitors, typing away and drinking tea. Sometimes we get stuck on a bit of code for hours until someone else spots the mistake. The neighborhood is always active, and there’s a lot of good food nearby which is a big plus for us. We started this because we wanted to do something on our own terms without a boss breathing down our necks. We don't have a strict dress code. Most of the time we’re in t-shirts and jeans. It’s a low-pressure environment, which we think helps us think better. We talk to our clients like normal people, not using a bunch of buzzwords that nobody really understands. If a website isn't working, we just dig in and fix it. It’s not magic, just a lot of trial and error and patience. We’ve been at this address for a while and we’ve gotten to know the locals well. It’s a decent spot. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one so people know the door. We usually take a walk around the block in the evening.
