We’ve been operating from this address for a while now, handling technical care and various services that people in the area and beyond need. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep our tools and computers. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine, but it’s practical for the kind of work we do. We spend a lot of our time troubleshooting and making sure systems are running as they should be. Since we are in Sangam Vihar, we deal with the usual local stuff like narrow streets and lots of people everywhere, but it keeps things interesting. We aren't a huge team, just a group of people who know how to handle technology. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture because we’d rather just have good equipment to work with. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we just sit quietly and work through our backlog. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write polished speeches for us.
