Royal Engineering Consultancy is located in the Jyoti Building, specifically taking up spots 203 and 205. If you know Nehru Place, you know it’s basically the center of the world for anything related to computers and engineering in Delhi. It is always crowded, and the parking is a nightmare every single day. Our office is usually filled with the sound of fans and people talking over each other. We have stacks of blueprints and technical drawings that take up most of the table space. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to put your cup of tea. It’s not a very polished place; the carpet is a bit worn and the chairs don't all match. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at complex diagrams on our screens. Being in Nehru Place means there is always something going on right outside the door. We see all kinds of people coming and going. It’s a busy environment and it keeps us on our toes. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we’ve seen the building change around us. Some of the guys have been here since the start. We don't really bother with being corporate. We just do the consulting work that comes our way and try to keep our heads down. It’s a lot of math and a lot of patience, really.
