Rohit Sontakke

This place is located in Katwariya Sarai, right in Room 305 of the F-22 building. If you know the area, you know it’s packed with students and small offices like ours. My name is Rohit Sontakke and I’ve been running things from here for a while. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but the view of the street from the window isn't bad. Kukubhai is the landmark everyone uses to find us because the numbering in these lanes gets confusing. The room isn't very big, so we have to be organized or we wouldn't be able to move. We have a couple of computers, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. It gets pretty loud during the day with the bikes passing by outside, but you get used to it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just me and a couple of others handling the daily tasks. Sometimes we eat lunch at our desks when things get busy. The fan makes a weird clicking sound in the summer, but it keeps the air moving. We just try to get through the list of things to do every day without too much fuss. Being in New Delhi means everything is fast, but inside our office, we try to keep a steady pace. It’s a simple setup, nothing more and nothing less. We often share tea with the guys in the office next door when the weather is nice.
