Ritswap Informatics System Pvt. Ltd. is based over at B-281 in Dakshinpuri. We are right in the middle of this New Delhi neighborhood and it’s a fairly easy place to find once you know the block. We work on informatics and system stuff which mostly means we spend a lot of time looking at screens and fixing data issues for people who hire us. The office is pretty basic, just a ground floor setup where we have our servers and workstations. Dakshinpuri is a lively area so there is always noise from the street, but we don't mind it too much. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people, it’s just a local team of us who know how to handle software and computer systems. Most of our work comes from local businesses who need someone to look at their setups. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on people knowing we are here at B-281. The space inside is a bit tight when we have a lot of equipment being worked on, but we make it work. We usually grab tea from the stall around the corner twice a day to take a break. It is a straightforward operation and we just focus on getting the technical work finished so our clients can go about their day without any system glitches. We’ve been here a while and we plan to stay for many more years because we like the area.
