We are based at D 5 in Okhla Phase 1. Okhla is a massive industrial estate, so we’re surrounded by all sorts of factories and offices. Our building is a typical Okhla structure—functional and solid. We’ve been here since we started out, and it serves us well for managing the pharmaceutical side of things. There’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day. We have our main office area and then some space for keeping the samples and records. The traffic in Phase 1 can be really tough, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to leave at once. We usually start our day pretty early to beat the worst of it. The office is usually a hive of activity with people checking orders and making calls. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done at Rexcin Pharmaceutical Private Limited. We have a small kitchen where we make tea, which is where most of our breaks happen. It’s a very down-to-earth atmosphere. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big meetings. We just talk to each other and figure out what needs to be shipped next. Most of our neighbors are in different industries, but we all share the same busy Okhla vibe. It’s a practical location for us because it’s so central for distribution across the city, even if the roads are a bit bumpy.
