Realtime Systems Limited

Realtime Systems Limited is based out of Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it is always crowded and a bit dusty with all the trucks moving around. Our office is at A-49. It is a solid building, nothing too special to look at, but it works for us. We handle a lot of technical stuff here, mostly dealing with systems and hardware that people use every day. Most of our time is spent looking at screens or troubleshooting things that stopped working for no clear reason. It can be frustrating when a part does not arrive on time, but that is just how the industrial area works. We have a few guys who have been here since the start, and they know where every cable and spare part is hidden. The commute to Phase-I can be a real headache in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up before the rush hits. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans. It is just us in the office, answering phones and fixing things. Sometimes we order lunch from the dhaba down the street because it is easier than packing a bag. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new businesses coming and going, but we are still here at A-49 doing our thing. It is a lot of manual work and technical thinking, which keeps the brain busy enough.
