My name is Ravikumar and I work out of 28th G.F. in Kailash Hills. That’s in the East of Kailash area of New Delhi. It’s a ground floor spot, which is handy for people who need to drop by. The neighborhood is one of those places where there’s always something happening. You’ve got the hills nearby and the traffic from the main road. I’ve lived and worked around Delhi 65 for a long time. This business isn't anything complicated. I handle a lot of the details myself, from answering the door to sorting the mail. The office is a bit cluttered, but I know where everything is. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. I don't like those automated systems where you never talk to a real person. Here, if you call, I’m probably the one who picks up. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just do the work that comes in. Some days are slow and we just sit around, but most days are quite hectic. It’s just the nature of being in this part of Delhi. I like the independence of running my own place. It’s not about becoming a giant company; it’s just about being reliable for the people who rely on us. It’s a simple life and the work is steady, which is all I really ask for. We have been here for years and know the area well.
