Ranjan Infocom

Ranjan Infocom is situated over at Sarai Jullena, number 165. It’s a bit different from the big IT parks you see in the news. We’re just a small setup in a local neighborhood. We handle computers, networks, and that kind of stuff. Most days it’s just us surrounded by cables, half-opened CPUs, and monitors. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of repairs piled up. People from around the area drop off their laptops or ask us to fix their internet. We aren't wearing suits or anything like that. Usually, it’s just jeans and a t-shirt, and maybe some solder on the table. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful not to trip over the wires on the floor. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most people find us because their neighbor told them we helped them out. Sometimes we stay late to finish a repair because someone needs their computer for work the next morning. It’s not glamorous, and the shop could probably use better lighting. But we like what we do. It’s just a regular day of troubleshooting and fixing things here in Sarai Jullena. We try to keep things straightforward and help out where we can. The coffee from the shop next door helps us keep going through the busy afternoons.
