Raman Gandhi here. I've been at A-148 Defence Colony for quite some time now. We are up on the third floor, so if you come by, you have to take those stairs. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main market area down the road. Usually, I’m just here at my desk handling things. It isn't a fancy office with a big glass front or anything like that. Just a regular room where I get my work done. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello, or a delivery guy gets lost looking for the floor number. Defence Colony is a nice place to be, though. The trees make it feel less like the middle of the city. I’ve lived around here long enough to know most of the faces. I don't really have a big staff. It's mostly just me and occasionally someone helping out with the paperwork. We keep it simple. There’s no big sign outside, just the name. People usually find us through word of mouth or they know the building. I spend most of my mornings with a cup of tea, looking at what needs to be finished. It’s a steady pace, nothing too fast or stressful. That’s just how I like to run things here. If you’re ever in the neighborhood, you’ll see the building. It’s got that old Delhi charm but it has stayed well-kept over the many years we have been working in this specific spot.
