It is a bit funny because our name is Rahul Computex Pvt Ltd., Kolkata, but you will actually find us sitting in New Delhi at 61 B, Ber Sarai. We are right opposite the Old JNU Campus, so we see a lot of students and professors walking by every day. The 110016 area is a great place to be because there is always so much energy. Our office is quite small, and it is usually cluttered with computer parts, cables, and old monitors. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out technical issues for our clients. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. Being near the university means we get a lot of interesting people coming in with various tech problems. We don't have a sales team that goes out and makes big pitches. Most of our work comes from people just dropping in or calling us because someone else told them we were here. The desks are a bit messy, and there’s always a half-empty cup of coffee somewhere, but we know where everything is. We have been in Ber Sarai for a while now, and we like the vibe of this part of Delhi. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when a system crashes and we have to stay late, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep fixing things.
