It’s just a few of us here at E-29 in East Of Kailash. The office is usually a bit of a mess with all the wires and spare parts lying around on the benches. We’ve been in this spot for a good bit now, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the actual tech work to worry about that. Most days it’s just the sound of clicking keyboards and the occasional groan when a server goes down or someone's computer starts acting up. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate buzzwords. We just show up, drink some mediocre tea from the shop downstairs, and get to fixing whatever technical problems are on the list for the day. The area is quite busy, and sometimes the noise from the street gets in, but you get used to it after a while. We know the local shopkeepers and where to get the best snacks for the afternoon slump. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering the phone to coding or setting up hardware. Sometimes we stay late because a job needs finishing, and other times we leave a bit early if things are quiet. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s our setup. We keep the books on a shelf that’s slightly crooked, and the chairs aren't the most comfortable, but they work. We just try to get the work done without too much fuss.
