Rabi Narayan Jena

Rabi Narayan Jena is located at 18-A Sarai Julena, right on the third floor. It’s care of O.P. Varadwaj, near New Friends Colony and Okhla Road. This part of New Delhi is always moving, especially with the Okhla traffic nearby. Being on the third floor means a lot of stairs, which I guess is good for staying active throughout the day. The office itself is quite plain. We have a few desks and some old shelves filled with folders and papers. It’s not a polished corporate space. There are wires running along the floor and the windows are a bit grimy from the city air outside. But it’s where we do our work. Rabi has been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. You hear the horns from Okhla Road all day long. It’s not a place for someone who wants total silence while they work. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lunchroom. Usually, we just eat at our desks or go to a small tea shop nearby. It’s a very basic way of running things, but it works for us. We don't spend money on things we don't really need, like expensive carpets or art for the walls. The focus is just on getting through the tasks we have for the day. It’s honest work in a busy part of town and we don't try to pretend it’s anything else.
