You can find us down Lane 1 on West End Marg in Mehrauli. The address is 133 A, but most people who live nearby just know where we are. We’ve been baking things here for quite a while now. The mornings are usually our busiest time because that’s when everything is coming out of the oven. The air around the shop smells like fresh bread and sugar early on, which is probably the best part of working here. We aren't a big industrial bakery. It’s more of a local operation where we know what our customers like to buy on a Tuesday versus a Sunday. The lane can be a bit narrow, and parking isn't always the easiest, but people still make their way to us. We have our regulars who come in for the same thing every single day without fail. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. Word usually just gets around by people telling their friends about us. The shop itself is simple and clean, without a lot of unnecessary decorations. We just want to put out good food and keep the place running smoothly. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with hot ovens, but we like being part of the Mehrauli community and seeing the familiar faces walk through the door every morning. It's a good way to spend the day.
