We’ve been working out of D-12, 3 in Okhla Phase 2 for a while now. It’s a busy spot in the industrial area, always trucks moving around and people heading to lunch. Dlecta Foods isn't one of those places with a glass lobby and someone in a suit greeting you at the door. We are mostly focused on the production side of things, making sure the food products get out on time. Sometimes the heat in the warehouse gets a bit much during the summer, but we manage with the fans going. It’s an honest day's work. Most of us have been here long enough to know everyone’s name and whose turn it is to bring the chai. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or social media. We just keep the machines running and handle the inventory as it comes in. Okhla is a bit crowded, especially during the morning rush, but being here puts us right in the middle of all the action. We handle everything from dairy to other pantry items, and it’s just about getting the orders right. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when a shipment is late or something needs fixing, but that’s just how it goes in a food business. We try to keep things simple and just do what we need to do to keep the business moving forward.
