Down in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I, at building F-4, things are always moving. We are part of Dr. Oetker India Pvt. Ltd., but on the ground here, it’s just a lot of production lines and people in hairnets. The Okhla area is always crowded with trucks and workers, so the morning commute is usually a bit of a struggle. Inside our unit, we are focused on the machines and making sure everything is running the way it’s supposed to. It’s a big space, but it fills up fast with ingredients and packaging materials. We don’t spend much time in fancy boardrooms. Most of the real work happens right there on the floor where it’s loud and busy. You get used to the smell of whatever we are making that day, and it stays with you even after you leave. We just focus on the task in front of us, whether it’s checking labels or moving pallets to the loading dock. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we have a good group of people here who make the shifts go by faster. We aren't here to give speeches or anything; we just have a job to do and we do it every day. The industrial park has its own energy, and we are just one small part of that massive machine. We just make sure the crates are filled and ready to go out to the city.
