Our business is Problem Click Solutions. We are located at D1/20 in Sangam Vihar. It’s a crowded neighborhood with lots of narrow streets, but we like it. We’ve been here for some time now. The name kind of says what we do. We try to solve problems that happen when people click on things online. It could be a broken link or a site that won't load right. We spend our days digging through code and trying to find the errors. The office isn't anything special. It’s just a ground floor space with some desks pushed against the walls to make room. We have a small fan that hums all day to keep the air moving. It’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be some big tech giant. We’re just a local business helping out. People from the area sometimes stop in just to say hello or ask a quick question about their computer or phone. We don't mind. Sangam Vihar is home to us. It’s busy and loud, but it keeps us on our toes. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We don't even have a very good sign out front. But people find us anyway by word of mouth. We just do the work and try to be helpful to anyone who asks. It’s a simple life. We like solving these little digital puzzles. It keeps the days interesting. That’s who we are.
