Our office is located at 759-A/7 in Govind Puri, which is right near Kalkaji. It is a crowded part of New Delhi but it has a lot of energy that keeps us going. Pro-Interactive Services has been around this neighborhood for a while. We are not in one of those shiny glass buildings you see over in Gurgaon. We are on a regular street with shops and houses all around us. Our space is filled with desks and a lot of people talking on their headsets. It gets pretty loud during the peak hours of the day. We handle a lot of interactive tasks and customer support stuff. It is a lot of repetitive work but it needs to be done right every time. We have a small area where we eat lunch together. It is not a cafeteria, just a table and some plastic chairs. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint but we are usually too busy to worry about that. We know the local chai wallah by name and he knows our orders. Most of our staff lives nearby so we are a local bunch. We do not have a big corporate culture. We just work hard and try to get through the daily list of tasks without too much trouble. Govind Puri is a bit of a maze if you don't know it. We like being here because it feels like the real Delhi.
