We are based in Okhla Phase-2, at a place called Y-32. Our workspace is on the second floor. Okhla is a massive area and it can be a bit overwhelming with all the different phases and blocks. Phase-2 is always packed with people and small trucks delivering goods. We do a lot of precise technical work here. The building itself is quite old and doesn't have a lot of modern amenities. There is no elevator, so we have to carry everything up and down the stairs, which can be a bit of a workout. Inside, we’ve tried to make the most of the space we have. It’s a bit cramped with all the equipment and the desks, but we manage. We aren't interested in looking like a big multinational corporation. We’re just a small outfit doing our thing. The noise from the other workshops in the building can be a bit loud sometimes, but it’s just the sound of people working. We usually have the windows open to get some air, even if it brings in a bit of the Okhla dust. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through the grapevine. We just try to do the job right and move on to the next one without overthinking it. It's a busy life.
