Praveen Kumar

We are located at 441A on the third floor in Chirag Delhi. My name is Praveen Kumar, and I’ve been running this small business from this address for a while now. Chirag Delhi is a crowded area with narrow lanes and lots of energy. Getting up to the third floor is a bit of a climb since there’s no lift, but it keeps us fit. The space is actually quite cozy once you get inside. We have a few desks squeezed in and some shelves for all our records. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine, but it’s where all the real work happens. I grew up in Delhi, so I’m used to the hustle and the noise. From our window, we can see the rooftops of the nearby houses and the busy street below. We don’t use any corporate jargon or have big meetings. Usually, we just talk over tea about what needs to be finished by the end of the day. It’s a very personal way of doing things. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a lot of orders, but we manage to find a way through it. The neighbors are friendly, and we all kind of look out for each other in this building. It’s just a regular local spot where we try to provide what people need without any fuss. No big promises, just steady work and a lot of patience. That’s how we like to keep it here.
