Pragiya International

Over in Ali Vihar, specifically the E 65 block in Sarita Vihar, you’ll find our little setup. We go by Pragiya International. It sounds like a big name, but we are actually quite a small operation. We spend most of our time dealing with international orders, which means a lot of late nights because of the time differences. The space we have is filled with boxes and packing tape most days. We try to keep things organized, but when three orders come in at once, it gets a bit chaotic. Our neighbors in Sarita Vihar are used to seeing us loading up vans at odd hours. We started this because we saw an opening for moving goods overseas and figured we could do it just as well as anyone else. There’s no big corporate office here, just some desks, a couple of computers, and plenty of coffee. We don’t use scripts when we talk to clients. We just tell them what we have and when it can ship. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. Sometimes there are delays with the shipping lines, and we have to spend hours on the phone sorting it out. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't fancy people. We just work hard and hope for the best. It's been a few years now, and we're still here, so we must be doing something right. We’ll just keep packing and shipping as long as the orders keep coming in.
