Polaris Software Lab Ltd has a spot over in New Delhi at P 156 Sunlight Colony. We are on the second floor, right in the Ashram area. It’s one of those parts of town that is always crowded and a bit noisy. Getting up to the second floor is part of the daily routine. The office itself is nothing special to look at, just a place where we keep our equipment and sit for eight or nine hours a day. Sunlight Colony can be quite a maze if you aren’t used to it. The 11014 zip code area is pretty packed with all sorts of small businesses. We try to keep things simple here. We don't have a big reception desk or someone to greet you at the door. Usually, whoever is closest to the entrance just looks up from their screen. It gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but we manage. We’ve got our routine down. Coffee in the morning, a lot of typing, and maybe some chatting about the weekend. It’s just a job for most of us, but we take it seriously enough. The floor gets a bit creaky in places, but it’s been home for us for a while now. We don't need much, just a stable connection and some quiet time to think. It’s an honest day's work in a busy part of Delhi. We sometimes have to share the stairs with neighbors carrying groceries, but that's just life here.
