Our office is located on Street Number 24 in Palam Colony. It's building Rze 14, right in the thick of things. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty crowded around here during the day. We’ve been operating out of this space for some time now. It’s not a very large office, but it fits us just fine. Most of the time, the team is just sitting at their stations handling whatever tasks come in. We don't really have a big reception area or anything fancy like that. You just walk in and we're right there. The street outside is always noisy with traffic and people going about their business. It’s a lively place to be, honestly. We handle different kinds of service requests throughout the week. Sometimes it's slow, and sometimes we can barely keep up with the pile. We just take things as they come. No one here really cares about titles or big office politics. We just want to finish the work and go home to our families. Sometimes we order lunch together from the place around the corner. It's just a normal job in a normal part of New Delhi. We've got our routine down. It works for us. People know where to find us if they need anything. We keep the door open and just get on with it. It's simple, really. There is no need for anything more complicated than that. We just show up and do what is needed.
