Ber Sarai is a cramped and busy part of New Delhi, right near the universities. We’re at 63 A. Pi Infosoft Pvt.Ltd. is based here in this crowded little neighborhood. If you’ve ever been to Ber Sarai, you know how narrow the lanes are and how many students are always walking around. Our office fits right into that. It’s a bit small and we have wires running along the baseboards. We do software work, but it’s not some glass-walled tech campus. It’s just a few rooms with a bunch of computers and some tired-looking chairs. We don't have any big speeches about changing the world. We just write code and fix bugs. Sometimes the power flickers and we all groan because we might lose a bit of work. We get our lunch from the local stalls nearby because it’s cheap and fast. It’s an unpolished kind of place. We don’t wear suits or have big meetings in boardrooms. We just talk over the monitors. It’s a lot of mental work, and the office can get pretty quiet when everyone is focused. We’ve been at this address for a while now and we’re part of the local scenery. It’s just a normal job in a very busy part of the city. There isn't much more to it than just showing up and typing every day.
