Physiotherapy Clinic

You can find our Physiotherapy Clinic inside the Guru Nanak Medical Center, which sits right on the Gurudwara Campus in Nehru Nagar. It’s a very specific location, and the atmosphere is quite peaceful because of the surroundings. Being part of the campus means there’s always people around, but it never feels rushed or stressful like the bigger hospitals in the city. We have our own section within the medical center. It’s not a huge space, but we have enough room for the mats and the machines. The light in Nehru Nagar is quite bright in the afternoons. We spend a lot of time here, from early morning until the evening. Most of our visitors come through the Gurudwara gates. We’ve been part of this setup for a long time, and we’ve seen the area change a bit, but the clinic stays pretty much the same. We have the standard equipment, nothing too high-tech, just the things that have worked for years. The walls are painted a soft color, and we keep things as tidy as we can, though papers tend to pile up on the desk by Friday. It’s a community-focused place. We see a lot of elderly folks who live nearby. It’s good to be in a spot where people feel comfortable and safe. We just go about our work and try to be helpful to whoever walks in. It’s a quiet life here, and we like the rhythm of it.
