Patra Computer Academy Private Limited is located right on the ground floor at 81-C in the village area of Katwaria Sarai. It’s a very local spot in South Delhi, and there is always something going on outside with the shops and people walking by. We have a simple setup with several computers where people come to learn how to use them. It’s not like a big college; it’s more of a practical place for anyone who needs to get better with technology. We see all kinds of people coming in, from young students to older folks wanting to learn the basics. The office itself is quite plain with just tiled floors and rows of desks. Sometimes a computer acts up or the internet gets a bit patchy, but that is just how things are. We don't have any polished receptionists or fancy brochures. You just walk in and we talk about what you need to learn. We started this because we saw a need for it in this part of the village. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because of the traffic on the main road nearby, but we just turn the fans up and keep going. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers around here. It feels like a real part of the community. We just show up every day, open the shutters, and start teaching.
