Papaji Creations

Papaji Creations is tucked away on the 3rd floor of F-37 in Kalkaji. Being up on the third floor means we get a bit of a workout every day, but it also keeps things a little quieter than if we were right on the street level. Kalkaji is a lively area, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while. The space inside F-37 is mostly filled with worktables and the things we use to put our creations together. It's not a showroom where everything is perfectly dusted and put behind glass. It's a place where work actually happens, so there's usually a bit of thread or scrap material on the floor. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We’re just a small team of people who know how to make things. When you come up to the 3rd floor, you'll see we're usually busy with something. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. You just walk in and we're there. We like being in Kalkaji because everything we need is close by. The routine is pretty much the same every day—get in, check the orders, and start working. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertisements. Word of mouth and just being here at F-37 for years is how people find us. It's just how we do things. Sometimes it's noisy, sometimes it's calm, but the work goes on.
