Palas Software Pvt Ltd is located in S-74 within the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-2. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it is always humming with the sound of trucks and small factories. Our office is tucked away in one of those buildings that looks a bit weathered from the outside, but inside it is where we do all our coding and software work. We aren't a big flashy tech firm with bean bags or fancy coffee machines. Instead, we have rows of desks, plenty of power strips snaking across the floor, and some fairly comfortable chairs because we spend a lot of hours sitting in front of monitors. The air conditioner struggles a bit when it gets really hot in May, so we usually have a few extra fans going to keep the air moving. We’ve got a small pantry area where someone is almost always heating up their lunch box. Most of the people working here have been with us for years, so we all know each other’s habits and who likes to work in silence versus who likes to have the radio playing softly in the background. It gets pretty dusty because of all the construction and industrial activity in Phase-2, so we are constantly wiping down the keyboards. It is just a regular place where we focus on our projects and try to stay ahead of the deadlines that keep piling up.
