Outsketch Technologies Private Limited is situated in the basement of C-4 in Panchsheel Enclave. Working in a basement has its pros and cons. It stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a big deal in Delhi, but we do not get much natural light. We have plenty of lamps to make up for it though. Panchsheel Enclave is a nice part of the city. It is relatively quiet compared to some of the other commercial hubs. We have set up our workstations in a way that makes sense for the flow of our projects. It is a lot of coding and design work mostly. The office feels a bit like a bunker sometimes when we are deep into a task. We have a small kettle for making coffee and tea because we go through a lot of it. There is a park nearby where some of us go for a walk when the weather is actually decent. We do not have a fancy entrance or a lobby with a sofa. You just come down the stairs and there we are. It is an honest setup. We are just a group of people who know how to handle technology. We do not spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. As long as the internet is fast and the computers work, we are happy enough. It is a quiet, steady place to get things done without too many distractions.
