Ose (P)L

Our place is located in Jal Vihar, which is part of the Lajpat Nagar area in New Delhi. It's a Type-I setup, specifically 5/35, so it has that very specific Delhi residential feel to it. Ose (P)L isn't a company that worries about looking like a high-rise office in Gurgaon. We operate from here because it’s central and it works for us. The streets around 110024 are always buzzing with people and traffic, but once you step inside, it’s just a regular workspace. We handle our day-to-day operations with a small crew. There isn't a receptionist in a suit or a fancy coffee machine. We just have our desks, our files, and a lot of work to get through. It’s a practical way to run things. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet slows down when it rains, but that’s just life in the city. We don't try to sugarcoat it. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors are used to us by now. It’s an honest way to make a living, focusing on the tasks that need doing instead of worrying about the decor. We keep things straightforward. If someone needs something, they know where to find us. It's a bit lived-in, a bit crowded with supplies, but it's where the work happens every single day. We like the grit of the city and the way this neighborhood feels real.
