Organic Bay Private Limited

Our office for Organic Bay Private Limited is on the second floor of Plot No. 15/207 in Malviya Nagar. It’s not a ground-floor shop, so you have to walk up the stairs, which keeps us moving. We deal with organic stuff, mainly sourcing things that aren't full of chemicals. It started because we were tired of the junk in the stores. Now, we spend our days talking to farmers and checking on supplies. The space is a bit small for all the boxes we have, but we manage to keep it somewhat tidy. Malviya Nagar is a busy place, and finding parking can be a nightmare, so we usually just walk or take the rickshaw. We don't have a fancy showroom. It's mostly desks, some samples on the shelves, and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break. It's just a few of us trying to make sense of the organic market. We don't use big words or try to act like we're a huge corporation. We're just a small private company trying to get better food to people. Some days are slow, others we’re running around trying to fix a delivery issue. It’s just normal work. We like the light that comes through the windows in the afternoon. It makes the place feel less like an office. We just do our bit and go home when the work is finished.
